Using this website
These Terms of Use cover the public Patch & Post website, its example walkthroughs, the separate temporary live playground, and requests for early access. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and as described here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is intended for business owners and people authorized to act for their businesses. These terms do not create a paid subscription or grant access to the connected Patch product.
Private pilot & early access
Patch is in a private pilot. Features, supported connections, availability, and account requirements may change as workflows are validated. Requesting early access is free and does not guarantee acceptance, a launch date, particular features, or pricing. We will confirm the applicable offer and terms before any paid commitment.
The early-access form saves your request and consent to receive availability, pricing, and setup updates. It does not take payment, start a subscription, or connect any account.
Walkthroughs & the live playground
The feature walkthroughs use example businesses and sample work. Buttons such as “Publish landing page,” “Send reply,” and “Approve & schedule” update the demonstration, not a live business account. Example performance data is illustrative and does not promise results.
The separate live playground at /try/ can create a temporary example page and deliver browser enquiries and replies inside that workspace. Its published pages and shared preview links may be accessible to anyone with the URL. It does not connect your real business accounts or send SMS. Use fictional information, keep owner credentials private, and read its information notice.
AI output, permissions & review
AI-generated work can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Inspect the exact work before relying on it. Check business facts, prices, service coverage, claims, audiences, dates, permissions, and destinations.
In a connected account, actions depend on supported integrations and the permissions and rules you authorize. The public site does not grant those permissions. Separate onboarding and applicable service terms govern any connected pilot or future paid use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or playground for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity; upload real customer secrets or sensitive records into public demos; impersonate another business; send spam; attempt to access someone else’s workspace; or interfere with security, availability, or usage controls. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and other users.
Content & third-party services
Patch & Post branding, website design, and example creative are provided to explain and demonstrate the product. Viewing a sample does not grant a license to copy or resell that branding or creative. You remain responsible for having the rights to information and assets you provide.
ChatGPT and other referenced platforms belong to their respective owners. Patch & Post is not presented as their operator. Third-party services may require their own accounts, fees, permissions, and terms; a reference here is not a guarantee of compatibility or endorsement.
Availability & limitations
The public website and demos are provided for information and evaluation. They may contain errors, change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular marketing results, rankings, lead volume, or revenue.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties that the public site or demos will meet a particular business need. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy & communications
Our Privacy Policy explains signup information, technical processing, and your choices. Submit accurate contact information that you are authorized to use. You can ask to stop early-access communications by emailing hello@patchandpost.com.
Updates & questions
We may update these terms as the site and offering change. The effective date below the title identifies this version. Additional or different terms for a connected service or purchase will be provided before that commitment.
