This Privacy Policy describes the public Patch & Post website, early-access signup, and communications with us. “Patch & Post,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website. The temporary live playground has an additional information notice. A connected pilot or future paid product may require additional disclosures and terms before you authorize access.
Information we collect
When you request early access, we collect your email address, any name or business name you provide, your consent choice and notice version, the source of the signup, and its timestamp. When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser or device information. The signup system uses abuse-prevention records, including an IP-derived identifier and short-lived request counters. Cloudflare Web Analytics supplies aggregate website usage measurements.
How we use information
We use signup information to respond to your request and contact you about availability, pricing, supported connections, and setup. We use contact messages to answer questions and handle support, email-preference, or privacy requests. Technical information helps us operate the site, troubleshoot problems, understand usage, and prevent abuse.
Joining the list does not connect your AI account, CRM, website, advertising account, or social profiles. It does not authorize Patch to act in those accounts.
Service providers & disclosure
Our service providers process information needed for hosting, storage, security, analytics, and email delivery. The website and signup database use Cloudflare. Signup details are available to the site operator, and a new signup triggers an owner notification. We do not publish the signup list.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate data protections. We do not use the early-access form to sell your contact information or build advertising audiences.
Walkthroughs, playground & connected tools
The feature walkthroughs use example businesses and local demo state. Their approve, publish, schedule, and send controls do not change a live business account.
The separate live playground stores the requests, generated pages, enquiries, and replies needed for its temporary workspace. Its example pages and shared preview links can be visible to anyone with the URL. Use fictional details. The playground notice explains its AI processing and 24-hour workspace expiry.
Third-party AI and business tools have their own privacy terms. Access to a connected account is separate from this website signup and requires the supported authorization process.
Storage, security & retention
We retain signup information while it is needed to manage the early-access list and related communications, unless you ask us to remove it or applicable law requires retention. Contact messages may be retained while needed to answer or document the request. Abuse-prevention counters are limited operational records; some infrastructure logs and backups follow provider retention practices.
Access controls and service-provider security measures help protect information. No website, email system, or method of storage is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Your choices & requests
You can ask to stop early-access updates, correct signup details, access information associated with your signup, or delete the signup by emailing hello@patchandpost.com. Use the address you signed up with; we may ask for enough information to verify the request. We handle requests subject to applicable law and any necessary legal retention obligations.
If a message provides an unsubscribe link, you may use it. Requesting removal does not require purchasing anything or connecting an account. Browser settings may let you control storage or cookies used by your browser and third-party services.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and authorized business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Updates & contact
We may update this policy as the website or data practices change. The effective date appears below the title. Material changes to a connected service will be addressed before the relevant new authorization or use.
